I actually like Milk Tea, it’s just that some mixes don’t agree with my tummy hahaha. You see, I’m acidic and lactose intolerant. I’ve tried several brands and so far, only 2 didn’t make my tummy rumble and no trips to the loo either. Baa Baa Thai Tea is one of those milk tea havens where I can “safely and happily” (LOL) enjoy different variants with just 50% to 70% sweetness level.
Baa Baa Thai Tea boasts of close to goodness authentic Thai milk tea and has several variants you will definitely love. I tried the Salted Caramel with coffee jelly and Creme Brulee with lots of Pearls and just 70% sugar level. Found it perfectly mixed and just a bit of tea taste. Super loved it!
There’s also the popular Oreo Cheesecake Milk Tea which a friend ordered. Found out that she had it at 100% sweetness, though I liked it, it was too sweet for me. Perhaps when I order it next time, I’ll have it at only 25% coz the other ingredients are already packed with sugar.
Baa Baa Thai Tea just opened another branch in Panay Avenue, Quezon City and was formally launched last July 26th. We got dibs a day before but since the news had already spread that there’s a new milk tea store in the area near tv networks, they had a soft opening a few days prior the launch. Other branches are located near UST, Dapitan, and Sta. Mesa.
Here’s the menu and corresponding prices. You’ll find it quite affordable, even students can buy and enjoy their fave Thai milk teas. I guess the prices are the same in every branch.
If you ask me, you should try the Premiums first then the other variants next time. My fave is the Creme Brulee and I almost finished the whole thing hahaha.
